Mallika Abbott, Clinical Psychologist & PsyBA Approved Supervisor (Clinical)
With a warm and supportive approach, Mallika seeks to establish a therapeutic relationship with clients, and help them to nurture and affirm their own natural inner wisdom. Mallika loves to support clients to flourish in all aspects of their life.
Mallika has travelled widely on 5 continents and has lived in Europe and Asia, including living in India for 3 years. This experience, along with formal studies in international relations, has given her an excellent understanding of how the geo-socio-cultural landscape can impact individuals. She loves working with the CALD community, and has worked with individuals from over 50 countries.
Mallika also has a strong interest in meditation, mindfulness & spirituality. In addition to living in India, she has made countless visits over 18 years to the Indian subcontinent to deepen her practice & connection. She is able to weave together these Eastern traditions into her therapeutic approach.

Mallika has worked in the field of mental health for 17 years and has experience in child and youth mental health and in private and acute adult settings.
